Spanferkelkeule
Base Recipe
precooked from the butcher, will only need 45 minutes in the oven
Green Beans
Base Recipe / 6 Servings:
- 800 g frozen green beans
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 40 g butter/margarine
- 1/2 tsp savory (Bohnenkraut)
- salt & pepper
Spätzle
Base Recipe / 4 Servings:
- 400 g flour (Type 550)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 220 ml cool water
