Base Recipe

Green Beans

Base Recipe / 6 Servings:

• 800 g frozen green beans
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 40 g butter/margarine
• 1/2 tsp savory (Bohnenkraut)
• salt & pepper

Spätzle

Base Recipe / 4 Servings:

• 400 g flour (Type 550)
• 4 eggs
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 220 ml cool water
