Basic Info

It seems we are hosting the closest thing to a "main stage" Camp will have this year.

12 x 18 meter stretch tent
8 x 2m stage, 30cm elevated from the ground
Seating capacity for ~160 inside the tent

Location

Current plan is for the stage to be at location 3/III, with a potential to turn the stage 45 degrees (pointing "away" from the kids space, jugend village, and the easily annoyed neighbors)

Equipment Logistics

There are a few trucks/vans involved in bringing everything together:

To get the equipment from Claudius, we will need to organize a 7.5T truck and driver to take everything from Mainz to Mildenberg, and then after camp further.

There is a 7.5T Truck being organized by Wonko from nort which may have some space

The milliways storage items will come to Berlin via ??Van *TBD*

The stage decoration and stuff should arrive on the 10th-11th of August to coincide with buildup (organized by Mc.Fly) and leave again sometime around the 20th (Organized by Hannemile)
