Wood for buildup

   CCC orga needs to get wood, 

   mcfly has contact and ccc orga is looking into it

   transportation should be kept in mind

   issue: we need wood as long as possible

   c3loc will provide wood, we can get wood from sawmill nearby too

   oberfräse is missing, router -> mcfly will most likely bring one

Money

   price for coins?

   awgh and macker almost broke even last year for toorcamp

   coins need to be about 60\

   while sticking to our roots; worked for us

   so macker went through 140 coins for toorcamp

   but bought 125

   and toorcamp is 500 people

   How many coinds do you generally sell at camp?

   3 coin designs, has been shared on GPN, extra cost 120 euro

   how many coins to order

   many want all three cons

   suggestion 1x 25, milliways for 50, 60 euro for all 3 coins

   150-200 coins per color -> 600 coins 

   we currently dont have much money, mc.fly has paid a lot of our bills

   We will have money day1 evening, but need to pay more in advance

   making T-Shirts? not being a entity is an issue

   we need volunteers to order stuff and not get issues

   Lucky highly recommends setting up accounts in the U.S. and EU using TransferWise. Lucky is a super satisfied customer. Could not be happier.

   This is the perfect solution for people in the U.S. paying in USD via intra-US bank ACH, but the money ending up in your EU bank account in EUR via IBAN. Or the other way around.

   They offer dirt cheap transfers (typically under EUR 1 in-region). And offer stunningly good foreign exchange rates. Far better than any bank, who totally rip off their customers on the currency conversion rate.

   They also offer the same for Australia, if you have a need for that.

   option two: no legal org, we do it as in the past:

   members advance money (via CCs) and get money back

   Coffee and Tea seperate from kitchen, with real espresso machine (fellmoon is on it)

   Barista will be there, who have coffee chain.
