You got more tickets than you need? You have a spare ticket?
This is the place....
Make sure you are both in #milliways and the 39c3 matrix channel under the same nickname or people won't know how to reach you. If you have a ticket and we have some people under "needs tickets" message them first I guess. Once you acquire or get rid of a ticket cross yourself out.

PS. There is also https://tickets.events.ccc.de/39c3/secondhand/ but I personally suspect the chances for sniping something there are close to zero.
PPS: It's very much possible to snipe tickets thanks to no CAPTCHAs, scored one in a half-automated manner (Python scripting + Burpsuite).
