Subassembly registration deadline ~Sun 2025-11-23. To be added to 39C3 Hub backoffice under Milliways you need to select Milliways as your Habitat when editing or creating your assembly. Post about it in the Milliways 39c3 channel so someone clicks "confirm" on that.

Plans
- There is no bar
- This time, maybe we really shouldn't have a bar, not NOT having a bar was sorely missed at 38c3
- What is needed to not have a bar, we will not figure out the amounts later:
- Rum
- Mate (can we get cases and cases of Flora from the bar team?)
- Limes
- Brown sugar
- Ice (can we get ice from the bar team? we could just go to the store in the afternoon and store it in some camping fridge)
- Cups
- Straws
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Paper towels because it was a mess last time, some cleaning supplies
- Surface + decorations (I'd just grab some of the Jungle Dome deco)

- A mop to clean the floor, this was a problem last time
- We need to figure this out ahead of time because there are no large stores nearby and also we need a lot of booze.
- But ofcourse, this would only be important if there was a bar, which there isn't, because there is no bar.
