this is the queue for vouchers for the Chaos Communication Camp 2023

== the ticket situation for camp 2023 ==

There will likely again not be a public sale, everything will go over (respwaning) vouchers.
This means we need to plan properly, everyone who wants to come should be on the voucher list.

This means there will be a massive shortage of tickets and we won't
get the amount of tickets that we usually are able to retrieve through
the old voucher system. This voucher system will be only used on the
camp as far as I know and that is due to the shortage of tickets which
will be at the same number as last time in 2019.

So to speak out the ugly truth we will have to prioritize some people
over others - that just is the consequence out of the situation.

I will therefore prioritize people who commit to do something for
milliways on the camp and then people who have done something for
milliways in the past and then try to come up with something fair for
the rest of the vouchers. I do not feel well by this and are open to
other suggestions in how to proceed there but its the best solution we
have come up with so far.

There will not be a public sale, everything will go over (respwaning) vouchers.
This means we need to plan properly, everyone who wants to come should be on the voucher list till the GPN
which is May 30th-June 2nd.

This means there will be a massive shortage of tickets and we won't
get the amount of tickets that we usually are able to retrieve through
the old voucher system. This voucher system will be only used on the
camp as far as I know and that is due to the shortage of tickets which
will be at the same number as last time in 2015.
The numbers of the visitors on the congress have roughly doubled since
then.

So to speak out the ugly truth we will have to prioritize some people
over others - that just is the consequence out of the situation.

I will therefore prioritize people who commit to do something for
milliways on the camp and then people who have done something for
milliways in the past and then try to come up with something fair for
the rest of the vouchers. I do not feel well by this and are open to
other suggestions in how to proceed there but its the best solution we
have come up with so far.

we often tried, we never really did that. But i think it would be nice
to have some milliways tshirts.

So i have just talked to freddruck and we came to the conclusion that
we will make something with the milliways logo on the left chest and
optionally the nick below it. And maybe something for the back.
Supporter, team, chef - or a nice design.

We will then add 10 eur on the price as donation to milliways and
he'll put it in his shop and we can all buy there and get it shipped
directly.

How many would we need? Who would be interested? I want all the "yes"
or "here, immedeately" to be able to count them. The estimated number
of tshirts has clearly an influence on the price. Decision time is 14
of May. :-D

This is just a count, so i need the number of tshirts, not the size.

- What the Hack?

On last camp we had a large area under shade (and hidden from those nasty drones) and i'd love to set up something like that again. The big tents were good for people who couldnt bring their own stuff due to budget/luggage constraints. We found that you could fit lots of small tents into the spaces between the guy lines of the large tents, so no space was wasted and it looked cool. If you're worried about it looking too military, we will have enough colourful cloth, flags, blinkenlights etc to make it look funky as hell. I'd love to have everyone bring as much crazyness into it as possible.

There's more stuff if i just ask the other crazy wasteland guys.

awtnmy - have access to printer cutter for creating vinyl signs, could make milliways decals for vehicles easily. Max width / height is 330mm (ish) but can be almost any length you can buy vinyl rolls in.
