Temp tracking of inventory from Weeze_Storage
This is not a very scalable method of inventory or asset management, but it works. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Perhaps there are MediaWiki Extensions for simple inventory management, or maybe we can use CryptPad Sheets?
There is tooling like Shelf which "is an open source asset management software", but this introduces new challenges for us as enthusiast volunteers.

Tent

The tent is a Boutique Camping 7m Multidoor Classic Bell Quad-Door tent.
The tent consists of 4 bags;

• Tent Canvas and groundsheet
• Pegs
• Poles
  • 1x 4m center pole
  • 2x door A-frame poles
  • 8x purple guy ropes
• Poles
  • 2x door A-frame poles
  • 8x purple guy ropes

Tent status:

• Stitching awl acquired and delivered 13-05-2024
• Tent Fabric acquired (2.00*1.68m), delivered 16-05-2024.
• Mosquito Mesh acquired, delivered 14-05-2024
• Thread 2x acquired, delivered 14-05-2024
• Canvas bag washed, Affected area ready for repair. bag was torn vertically along seam on one of the handle straps and horizontally toward the middle of the bag.
  • 21-05-2024: Mostly repaired. Tent fabric patch applied and sewn on to both sides of tear to cover hole and offer structural support in place of tear (3/4 seams done).
  • 24-05-2024: Repairs complete.
• Affected tent areas identified, ready for repair.
  • 21-05-2024: Repair in progress. Large irregular hexagon (6 sided outline in red on photo) patch applied to outside of tent.
  • 26-05-2024: Smaller irregular quadrilateral patch (4 sided outline in yellow on photo) on outside of tent replaced.
  • 27-05-2024: Replacement of irregular quadrilateral mesh on inside of tent complete!
  • Awaiting replacement of 1 mesh door (currently not pictured)
